Every community has frequent flyers that repeatedly call 911 for help throughout the year for non-emergency needs (e.g.,prescription refill). The problem is that non-emergency calls consume expensive first responder resources. In response, many communities are working together with area agencies to form cooperatives that can help connect clients directly to the resources they need instead of calling 911. The challenge is how to securely share client information between participating agencies so that clients no longer call 911 for help with non-emergency needs. ZoneReferral is the answer.
ZoneReferral is our referral application App for community cooperatives. Its designed to be used by firefighters, law enforcement, courts, and just about any community agency that engages members of their community that need services. When a referring partner is in contact with prospective client, ZoneReferral is used to collect information about the client and their specific needs. Submitted referral applications are reviewed by our companion ZoneClient App.
